Owen and Kelby did a great job guiding us through the process and smoothing out the blips and hiccups that can occur while purchasing a home. A thirty day closing is trickier than I thought it would be. They very much helped make it happen.

Owen and Kelby make a great team. We went from seeing houses and closing on a great find in under a month. Kelby helped structure our bid to be a solid one and won a bidding war with 2 other interested parties. Owen and Kelby had good resources for us to reach out for home inspection, financing, and so on. All in all the process was extremely smooth and we got the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Doesn't get much better than that.

Selling our home was a personal, emotional, challenging endeavor. Coordination, communication, patience in God's will, many elements involving many people coming together sold my home, and simultaneously purchased my next home. In a football perspective I was the Coach Owen Johnson was the Quaterback moslty, but he's versitle he can play all postions while coordinating with the whole team. I wasn't even sure if I could buy another home. I was considering renting Owen was confindent that I could buy a place. Owen was supportive, encouraging, understanding of our unique needs, situations & circumstances. Owen Johnson went above & beyond frequently offering to help any way he could. I signed the close on our home the same day that I signed the purchase of my current home. I am to busy working full time & care giving to negotiate the real estate world on my own a good Realtor was vital. Its evident in working with Owen that he loves his Job. Owen was patient and responsive. He stayed in contact with interested buyers to hear their feedback and then informed me of comments so we could make changes if we choose to. He keeps me up to date and informed about the buyers financing, inspections and repair requests. Pleasure to work with.

Anyone looking to buy a home should definitely get in touch with this guy, Owen Johnson. He just recently helped us find our dream home and he and his wife have been super-helpful. They do not make you feel pressured, honestly try to help you find the house YOU want, and go out of their ways to help you in any way they can. When you find a house you are interested in, they are quick to get you in for a viewing. Owen is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home purchases, and if he notices issues with a home that a less knowledgeable person, such as myself, may not notice, he is quick to point it out to you, even if it means he will not make the sale. He has proven that he does not want to make a sale unless the buyer is 100% comfortable with the purchase and knows exactly what they are getting into. It has been a pleasure working with him, and I recommend him to everyone.

Customers have questions, you have answers. Display the most frequently asked questions, so everybody benefits Owen was " johnny on the spot" when it came to selling my condo. He gave us full support to get it sold quickly. I had to replace some appliances and couldn't make the appointment in time but Owen without a second thought, made the appointment for me. Owen's team has the resources to get the job done. The property needed to be cleaned - no problem - Owen took care of all the details. Awesomeness!

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service. Owen is one the best Realtors I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! He was able to get me 20k more for my home than any other realtor I had spoken with and the house was sold in less than three weeks of listing. Great professionalism and attention to detail made the transaction one of the smoothest I have ever had. Thanks Owen!

Owen and Kristin Johnson, have been, and will hopefully continue to be, one of the best 'people' interactions, as well as, 'professional brokers', that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and experiencing. I was not an easy potential' seller prospect, from the very start, as I have had many interactions with both brokers, realtors and tenants. My first response online with Owen was of a somewhat harsh order, and yet, he was patient. I did not believe him; wrote him a very long letter, and basically said, "I'd love to see a broker without the 'stuff'", I had experienced with others. I thought this would make him 'turn a 180 degree turnaround, to run. It did not. I met with him, had an comparison market analysis. Still not listing, I told him if hired, I'd fire on the spot if anything he said or did, upset me. He said, "no problem." I did list but had some damage from past tenants and other complications and pulled the listing. Still, it was okay. I decided not to sell but rent instead, and Owen and Kristin, again were there for me for a multitude of issues. Now, they are considered, as my friends. I refer to Owen to anyone I know, or don't know, if they are considering selling. He will give an honest estimate according to the marketplace, at any time.
My suggestion would be to try Owen and Kristin Johnson, for a market analysis, and try others, and I think you will surly see a difference in their values, and treatment you receive. The Johnsons' cover a large regional area and have a great sense of the market, in the regions they serve. Give them a try. I (do) think you'll be surprised in their performance and attitude from the start. Integrity and honesty in the real estate market, as in any marketplace, is of extreme value to us all. Finding just the right representatives and negotiators is not easy. So, here you are. I did the bona fide testing for you! Enjoy them.

Are your customers raving about you on social media? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones. I would highly recommend Owen and Kristen Johnson to sell your home. Owen did an extensive property review of our home to determine the best sales price. We fixed up our home per Owen's recommendation, listed it, and it sold within 24 hours. Owen experience as a contractor was very helpful also. He contributed his expertise by fixing some items around the house to make it a solid home for the new owners. In addition to Owen, his wife Kristen brought a women's touch to the process. She was invaluable in staging the house for the prospective buyer. There is a lot of options for the home seller out there. It is important to interview several realtors just make sure Owen is one of them.

Owen is hard working, friendly, and knows exactly what it takes to bring in buyers when selling a home. He is very responsive and quick to get you answers at all times of the day. After the first buyer bailed within days of closing, Owen was quick to secure another offer shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend his services.
